These programs are built around our new 3 year extended warranty, and designed specifically to fit your needs in today's complex and fast paced environment.
T-Plan is the basic standard warranty and provides a three year warranty on the following series of product and all accessories originally bundled with the product: T4600; T6600; T100X; and Desk Station IV. If these products were purchased prior to November 1, they can be upgraded to 3 year warranty for $149.95 for color units and $99.95 for mono units. All other product continues with the standard one year warranty.
T-Plus offers those users of non three year warranty product the ability to receive the additional two years of warranty at the very reasonable price of $199.95 for color units, and $139.95 for mono units.
T-World offers the same standard warranty coverage that you have in the United States, in over 20 industrialized countries of the world, and is completely free of charge. A simple registration is required and you receive the T-World International Warranty Sticker, proving warranty coverage.
T-Pak is designed for those on the go, but who need the same quality of repair and convenience that T-Site offers. Toshiba has partnered with Mail Boxes Etc. and all you need to do is drop your unit off at any of over 1,500 conveniently located MBE sites and they care of everything else. The unit is properly package, insured, and shipped overnight to the closest Toshiba Premier Authorized Service Center where it is promptly repaired, tested and returned to wherever you want via overnight express delivery. At only $22.50 per year this program is sure to pay for itself in convenience alone.
T-Site offers on site service for those of you where time is of the essence. A fully trained service technician will be at your site the next business day with the part needed to get you back in business. At only $49.95 per year, T-Site provides maximum benefit for minimum investment.
T-Care offers many of the same benefits as T-Site for those users outside the geographic boundaries of T-Site (100 mile radius of major metropolitan areas). Guaranteed next business day return of your unit, or a free loaner (upon request) if the repair takes longer for only $49.95 per year.
T-Screen is the ultimate in delivering what you have asked for. With the advent of color screen technology, screen repairs have risen sharply in cost. No other company covers a cracked screen under any warranty. At only $179.95 for color units and $49.95 for mono units, this no fault protection protects your investment against accidental screen breakage.
Enrollment registrations are included in the PC box as packaged by Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. or you can call 1-800-999-4273 to have an enrollment card sent to you.
The programs T-Site through T-Screen are only valid in the United States. The programs T-World through T-Screen are available for years two and three as long as the PC is covered under either T-Plan or T-Plus.

Program Requirements:
1:What forms will I have to fill out?
A1: The Product Registration only. Be sure to send a copy of the Proof of Purchase (only
required if registering 7 days or more after purchase date) and payment for any of the
desired fee based programs.
2:What should I expect if I don't include a proof of purchase (required only if enrolling 7 days
after purchase date), check or correct dollar amount for program enrollment?
A2: A short delay in the process of your application until the correct information is obtained.
3: Can I enroll over the phone with my credit card?
A3:Yes, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. PST, by calling 1-800-999-4273.
4: Can I fax in my application for enrollment for all of the T-Series programs?
A4: Yes, at 1-714-583-3659. Processing will require 2 to 3 weeks. Programs requiring payment
will need credit card information unless payment is by check, which needs to be mailed in.
5: Do I need to enroll by a deadline?
A5: Yes, by the end of your unit's original Limited warranty period.
6: Do I have to enroll for all three years at once for the T-Series programs?
A6: All the T-Series programs have annual enrollment, except T-Plus. T-Plus does require a
one time enrollment for the 2nd and 3rd year coverage.
7: If I have not previously enrolled in T-Plan can I still go to an ASP with just my Proof of
Purchase?
A7:Yes, for standard Limited warranty service.
8:Will renewal notices be sent automatically for annual enrollments?
A8:Yes, 30 - 45 days before expiration date.
9:Do any of the programs include coverage on software?
A9:No.

17: What if I am outside the 100 mile radius?

T-Screen:
18:Which units are eligible to purchase T-Screen?
A18:All units under warranty or enrolled in T-Plus.
19:Can I still enroll in the T-Screen program if I have a broken screen and have not yet
enrolled?
A19:No. Pre-existing failures are not covered.
20: Is there any limit to the amount of screen replacements?
A20: No, but after two replacements within one year you will be billed for
each replacement, equal to 50% Suggested Retail Price of the screen.
