Summary: T3300SL with PCMCIA Rev 2.01 modem

The T3300SL slot is not a PCMCIA Rev 2.xx compliant. To make this slot works with PCMCIA Rev2.xx modem, download the T33SLT.EXE file from the Toshiba America BBS (714) 837-4408.

Installation:

1. Create a directory called T3300 on your floppy diskette and explode the file in the newly created directory.

2. Type INSTAL33 to install.

3. Follow the instructions on the install screen to complete installation.

NOTE:

1. The modem must be present in the slot during bootup to be recognised. Hot-Swap is not supported.

2. When the modem is recognised during boot up, Modem enabled for COM2, as well as, Modem is not

on the list of modems suported is displayed. This is normal since most modems are manufactured after this driver was developed. As long as the Modem enabled message is displayed, the modem should work.

APEX Data/Fax Modem 28.8/14.4

Angia SafeJack Fax/Modem 19,200/14,400 model #SJ192

Angia PCMCIA 14.4 Fax/Modem

Angia SafeJack 28.8 PCMCIA Fax/Modem model # SJ288

ATI Fax/Modem 14400 ETC Express

IBM 14.4/14.4 Data/FAx Modem

NOTE: The MegaHertz X-Jack has been verified and is not supported.
