All Noteworthy modems are Hayes® compatible and ship with award-winning integrated data/fax software.

Noteworthys 28,800 bps cellular ready modem provides the most advanced circuit-switched cellular and landline communication capabilities in a convenient, user friendly package. This modem provides 28.8kbps data transmission (V.34) with V.42 bis compression for 115,200 bps throughput and 14.4kbps fax communications.

Noteworthy has incorporated the patented performance enhancing technology of TX-CEL, providing the best in reliability and throughput over the cellular network. This technology works as an error avoidance system improving the reliability of both data and fax transmissions. The Noteworthy cellular-ready modem will allow mobile executives and field professionals to conveniently use their cellular telephones to send and receive data and faxes at speeds comparable to landlines. The Auto Line Setup feature automatically configures the modem for cellular communications when the cellular direct connect cable is attached.

FEATURES

The Noteworthy cellular-ready data fax modem ships with a standard connector for land-line transmissions. Optional direct connect cables are available at an additional charge for specific cellular phones.
